It's not my cup of tea.

Personally, I'd rather a more utilitarian/common model (like a Kimber or perhaps an Ithaca). Yet if it was a very high end 1911 style pistol I was after, I would much rather lean towards something from Nighthawk Custom or perhaps even Cabot Guns... Many folks seem to be unfamiliar with the Cabots. Here's a link for all to enjoy, something for everyone!

Oh my..... that is bloody awful. Doesn't STI normally make very practical pistols without unnecessary flash? Hoping someone just started with the STI slide and frame.

Says "gang-bangin" or "warlord" to me.

STI makes a gun that they could sell me if it looked more subtle. I think they should make some lines that appeal to those who don't want to wear white sunglasses and leather pants, or have 24" spinners on their lowered Escalade. Check out this though, I actually think they've toned it down from the last one I saw, the "Perfect 10" logo used to be obscenely large IIRC:

15 or 18 rounds of 10mm Auto depending on what magazine you select, with a 6" barrel to eke out every bit of velocity from full house 10mm ammo.

Found one, the logo was bigger. I'm glad those fellows are learning that subtlely has its appeals, now about that race-gun magwell....
