I never checked, but it’s got to be the least amount of goals scored against in the last 16 too. Unless early 90’s devils and their trap own that…..

Woohoo. That was a fun game to watch. Nashville hit a few posts and missed a wide open net.

Biggest surprise of the season? Halfway through the season and Edmonton leads the pacific in goals against.
Beginning of the season (me included) people…..”oilers have no defence or goaltending….. lol
Whoda think it.

I hope they are ready, LV will not want them to tie the record in their barn, should be a great game tonight

GO OILERS

GO OILERS
Oilers might get a break though. As of now, it looks like Theodore, Eichel, and Karlsson won't be in the lineup.

What I see is the Oilers went from playing as individuals to playing as a team as well as actually playing their positions properly instead of skating in circles.

Definitely a huge turn around with a big payoff.

Being a goalie and seeing a two on nothing coming at you… and it’s McDavid and Draisaitl.

Oh common. It was a good game. The second one I watched this entire season. The first one was when they played Flames a couple (?) of weeks ago.

If they meet Vegas in the play offs though, they will probably lose.

Also, blame Celine Dion, I heard the guy saying she was in the audience.

It’s the best thing for the Oilers. Then can focus less on records and more on fundamentals and improvement leading up to a Stanley cup run.

You might be right, but what an intense game given the situation. Felt like a game 7 playoff game at the end there. Still time to do the whole thing over. Lol.

Just hoping for a decent run in the playoffs. Would love to play the Canucks and beat them. Been an oiler fan since day 1 but alot of time living on the west coast, made some friends and an obvious rilvary.

Unless a team is out of contention and bombing for draft picks, it’s never the best option to lose games. lol
Best case scenario is keep racking up wins and place first in the league, locking home game advantage.
I doubt they are focusing on records.

Good game. Probably deserved to win that one, but we won a couple during the streak that we deserved to lose.

Too bad, would have been Anaheim for #18.
