New arrow rest
I currently have a Limb Driver arrow rest that I need to replace. The mounting bracket has been giving me issues, so I am thinking of a new rest. Looking for some recommendations.

If staying with drop-away style, you can't go wrong with a QAD (in my opinion).
I've got the HDX and it's never failed me.
Be sure to read my signature below for your own info though.... ha ha ha.

Whisker Biscuit - never been a fan. Have seen a number of issues with that style. Some of those problems may not exist anymore, but still not a style I am leaning toward.
QAD rests were on my list to look at.
Any others?

QAD ultra or Ripcord are the two to check out. Both awesome.

I recently went back to a whisker biscuit from a QAD. If I was going to go back to a drop away I'd be looking to a QAD first.

My first drop away was a QAD hunter. The problem I had with it was that it would bounce up and contact my vanes. I had the CAC try and tune it with no luck. I purchased a Trophy Taker Smack down pro and I'm very happy with it. Super easy to tune and its limb driven. The only concern I had was the cable running to the limb but I havnt had any problems with it. I believe the issues I had with the QAD was because it wasn't their best quality rest, but once you have problems with a company's product it is hard to spend the extra coin to trust their other products IMO.

I've used 4 different rests now and all were good and had their own virtues.
WB - simple and bullet proof, full containment but my vanes got beat up a bit.
QAD - very nice, full containment & the most expensive of the ones I tried.
Rip Cord - same pluses as QAD but little less expensive but didn't stay up after letting down a drawn string.
Limbdriver - might've been the most accurate but didn't have full containment, it came on a bow I bought and always had a little noise that I couldn't eliminate but that may have been just my inexperience.
Doing it again I'd go WB or QAD
