Ha!

I know the bull I shot last fall is like chewing on shoe leather. When life gives you lemons they say make lemonade. So far I've made about 40lbs of jerky and about 90lbs of sausage with that big ol' boy, lots of chilli and spaghetti sauce too. It tastes great, but if you're eatin steak..... You're eating it for quite a while!
