Is the speed adjustable?

Closest thing I have used for a moving target is playing with balloons in the wind.

The best thing about moving deer targets is it teachs you NOT to shoot at running deer....lol...its harder than most think...

I encourage those who haven't attended the Drayton Valley Rifle Rodeo to come out and experience the same thing on a moving deer target....with a rifle. It is a sobering experience.
