Kuiu, Skre, Canis, firstlite, OR, kenetrek,
I don’t think you can go wrong with any of these brands for gaiters. All seem to make a good pair. I had a pair of OR, they were great. Ended up giving them away. Now I have Kuiu and Skre, both are really good quality.

I avoid shopping at MEC as much as possible, but I buy their cheap MEC brand nylon gaiters, cheapest ones you can find ($30). I've lost a few pairs now and these are cheap to replace.

I'm sure the other recommendations on here I likely better quality, but these work for me. I've used them on a 5 day hike through mud along the coast of Vancouver Island and they worked just fine.

Try Black Diamond used their gloves and gators for long time...tough, quality and cheaper than the hunting name brands

Default Kuiu Yukon Gaitors

picked up the Yukon gaiters 2 seasons ago, I really like that they are tight fitting. In saying that you need to select the right size, and as said above they don't fit over anything extra. I'm not sure what discomforts other folks above have had but I can say I've had no issues and dry feet.

Helps a lot with creek crossing can usually get across ankle deep water no problem.

I think the logo goes to the outside.

SG just came out with some new ones that'd I love to try. Look very similar and I love the other products they sell.

Just my experience .

Are gaiters quiet enough for still hunting?
