2022 Alberta Hunting Regulations Cover Photo Contest
Here’s Your Chance to Get Your Photo on the Cover of the 2022 Alberta Guide to Hunting Regulations!
Unlike many jurisdictions in North America where the number of new hunters are declining, Alberta is seeing annual increases in "new" hunter participation. Many "new" hunters are youth who are following generations of family members and taking up hunting. There are, however, increasing numbers of adults who never hunted as youth and did not grow up in a family where hunting was a tradition. For the cover of the 2022 Alberta Guide to Hunting Regulations, we would like to recognize new hunters; both youth and adults by highlighting individuals who have taken up hunting within the last three years. Send us your best photo of a new hunter enjoying their experience and they could appear on the cover of the 2022 Hunting Guide.
If your photo is chosen for the cover, you will also receive a free 1-year subscription to Alberta Outdoorsmen Magazine.
