Neglect has been going on for decades. Fish and wildlife populations can really be a bother when you are trying to get some business done (well, unless you are in APOS).
Better to not count or measure anything so we can continue full steam ahead.

Flyrodfisher, you must be one of those wackos who actually values healthy ecosystems. Kind of sad isn't it.
