Default Ruger 9622

Hi guys, I have a Ruger 9622 lever DU model. It's used and in great condition. I tried to find out what it is worth, but not having much luck.
I found a couple of 9622M asking price $2500. Anyone have a idea what it is worth. Can't post pics but I can text some if interested. Phil

I don't think it's ever been more difficult to gauge values=inflation seems to be driving-up asking prices on used goods (sometimes VERY used), as if paying more for everything else in life isn't bad enough.

I'm not sure whether or not the DU aspect of it increases it's value, or the other way around. It's basically a lever-action 10/22 if memory serves? Cool gun for sure, but my hunch is that they shouldn't command what a Wincherster 9422 would, or even a Marlin 39. They seldom seem to have asking prices too far north of $1500 unless exceptional but in all honesty, I don't watch lever guns that closely. I think you're more likely to see the Marlin/Winchester around but having held those and owned a 10/22, I'm not sure why someone would pay more for a 9622.

I could be 100% wrong on that too, maybe post some photos of it?

I picked up a 9617 rifle in good used condition to add to my Ruger collection a couple years ago and paid $750 for it which I figured was enough, but am lead to believe they are not very common. I would think the DU connection might detract from the value as far as the Ruger collector is concerned, but what the heck do I know.

I have a Marlin 39M in .22LR, & a 9422 in WMR, Marlin better gun by far but they're both better built than the Ruger IMO.

Saying that, a short, sweet, lever carbine in a .22 be a lot of fun.

Inflation the way it is, ask plenty. Best of luck!
