Wondering just how many moose, elk and deer it takes to feed that crew?

Lots of black ones, must be a strong gene in that pack.

when wolf packs get bigger they will start killing for sport even if they are not hungry & leave the whole animal

explain please why you believe F&W is to blame for the abundance of wolves.
You realize that they breed to the carrying capacity of the area they are in, don't you?

I was under the impression that they re-introduced them, could be wrong! I do know that wolves were re-introduced into Idaho, end result, the elk herds have been decimated.

Default A few wolves

It's our own fault. If everyone who whines about how many wolves there are went out in January and February and spent some time killing them they wouldn't be such a problem. I know very few people, other than outfitters, that actively hunt wolves. To those of you that do hunt them, congratulations and thanks, it's a lot of work and we all reap the benefits!

Ya I will be out there every chance I can to help clean them out. Before all the animals are gone in the area.

Good observation. There must be game around to support the wolves, probably a good hunting area IMO.

Default Wolves

If this is on crown land in Alberta, then it is on someones trapline. A couple hundred snares can thin them out.
Not saying it is the case here, but there are too many traplines that are a playground and not being used as a fur management unit. Ether this line or a line next to it is not being used as intended.
