Default Calling Lake ice

I would appreciate an update on Callling Lake if anyone has been on the ice recently?? I searched the posts and no info that is current.

How much ice? Any ice heaves? Where are people driving on and with trucks or still sled/quad only. How mcy snow on the ice? Any finally - any flood water?

Appreciate the info.

Thanks

22" of ice reported on the Ifish Alberta app yesterday. I'm thinking with the recent cold snap, you should be able to drive all over. Looking to give it a whirl at this week.

Buddy and I were out this past Friday. We hit average 18" ice. One spot we tried had only 8" though...that was only 40 yds away from one spot that was at 22". We walked out off the radio tower road. No truck tracks seen yet. some sled and quad.

Yikes - 8 inches in some spots still. I think I will stick with the sled for the next bit.

Thanks for the info.
