Anyone tried Nikon One Piece mounts/rings?

I am thinking about the Nikon Black One-piece mounts/ring set up and wondering if anyone has experience with this setup. I will be using this on a top feeding/ejecting Winchester Model 70, 30mm tube scope. Will the mount get in the way? Stability? Thanks for your input.
