Default OHV is WMU 100

Hi Guys

I know this is dating myself, but I know years ago there was a restriction on using quads while hunting big game in WMU 100's. I think it was a blanket rule for all the WMU in 100, but I know specifically 148, 116, 118, & 119. Back then you couldn't use quad in the am while hunting, even on private land, specifically the land we own.

I've checked the regulations but I can't see any mention of this restriction.

Can anybody let me know if this is still in existence or if it's changed, or what the regulations are regarding the use of quad while hunting.

Thanks in advance.

There have been changes to the rules regarding OHV use while hunting. General use is covered on page 38 of the 2022 Alberta Hunting Regulations, while Provincial Parks and Protected Areas are detailed on page 33. There is also a reference to designated trail networks in some PLUZs on page 32.
