Smile Son's first fishing trip

We went to Beauvais lake today and he took right to it.He is only 2 and he was cleaning hole's,running bait and also caught a couple of fish. The best part of the day he he caught on to what the bobber meant and he'd yell got one! It wont be long and then he can bait his own hook's lol.Beauty day none the less.

My 3 yr old terror came out Jan 10th. He had to compete with my 2 girls but had a blast. I used 2L pop bottles with 15ft of line and a smelt and they caught a dozen nice pike while the wife and I caught some perch. Great 3 hours !! Its what i live for !

sure beats video games and tv! enjoy every minute with them, you will never forget that time, nor will they!

That's for sure. He had so much fun I had to empty out my sled so he could have a nap.To my surprise he slept all the way to the truck.I am sure hoping my daughter will like it as much as he does when she's old enough.
