Default Best Bimini top Material

I,m ordering a Bimini top for my boat. I've been given two choices of material. Sunbrella or Top Gun. Guys help me pick which is the best one. Does anyone have experience with either of these fabric types?

How is it when it rains ? I hear Sunbrella leaks at the seams and needs to be scotch guarded every few seasons .

I know that I will get kicked in the gnuts for saying this but look online for the best priced Sunbrella fabric tops. I have not seen one "bow" manufacture better than the next.

I bought one from a local place at $300+ and one online for my sons boat for near $200. The more expensive one was made here in Fl and the other one in Utah. The cheaper one from Utah is better! Go figure!

Just my $.02..

Default Top Gun

I've had both. Switched the Sunbrella to Top Gun very quickly!

Find out who has the longer warrantee .
I had one made for a traveling top and the sun faded it just one year after the warrantee which was only 3 years.
