Does anyone have any suggestions for waterproof gloves with good grip and dexterity, along with a bit of insulation? I recently picked up some Striker Stealth gloves, and they seem pretty good, although a little low on the dexterity side. I'm hoping for something for fly fishing on cold days, anyone have any other suggestions?
I just wear nitrile gloves down to freezing. I don't need insulation, keeping the wind and water off my skin is enough. Below that temperature I don't fly fish.

You might laugh, but when I worked in a really wet outdoor environment and needed dexterity, thin wool or fleece liners and dishwashing gloves are stellar.
