My sister was terrified so she did it he stole her iphone 5 with a blue case on it please if anyone is trying to sell you an iPhone 5 plz return it or just send me a message it has been reported to police

Lower Fairview is the former name of riverside meadows in Red Deer. Are you sure this isn't from there? It fits that neighborhood.

Well that was confusing. Fairview is a town in northern Alberta, thought that was what this was about for awhile.

When I lived in Lower Fairview we always referred to it as "Lower Harlem"
Not a safe place at night. I just want to dish out lickins on these little "gangsters" on bicycles

It's name was never officially lower fairview, it was originally North Red Deer til about 2002 when the community association got the name changed to Riverside Meadows, and our crime rates have been less then other parts of the city for a long time, not to mention we have one of the most active groups of volunteers for the community assosciation that puts on great events for Christmas, family day and over the summer.
There are a lot more responsible neighbors that help make it a great place, been there since I was 12, and have never had a single issue.
While staying with my girlfriend in Glendale I've had my car broken into 4 times and vandalized twice, as well as her familys shed has been stolen from at least 3 times all in the past two years.
Sorry to hear about the girl, glad she realized that stuff can be replaced, hope the cops find the little punk.

They won't be looking for the punk, the days of looking for thieves or investigating these crimes is long gone, the last time my truck got broken into in Red Deer they couldn't even be bothered to come over and have a look, yet just up the block there were 2 cruisers set up to catch speeders...

Don't people use the `find my Iphone app"? My nephew had a party and some kid stole her phone. Used the app, went right to the kids house and got the phone back.

That works if it is turned on,lots of people don't. Also if the phone wasn't locked that's probably the first thing thieves do is turn off that function

What I don't get is why people leave their phones unlocked? Takes 1.5 sec to unlock it when you need it. I know it doesnt stop them from getting stolen, but it makes it for a big pain in the butt for the people to do anything with them.
