Default Hunting Wolf over Scent

Have a few wolves frequenting the area I have a camera in. Bush is fairly thick and they seem to becoming through and not really stopping. A shot will be tough to pull off. The particular WMU does not allow baiting of bears so a food attractant is out of the question. But as for a wolf scent site like a urine post or something to keep them in the area. Something that may produce a shot.
What are some dos and donts?

Do not think it will work, my dog can pee mark and run in about 20 seconds, if you had some dog in heat sent might keep the male wolf interest longer.

You can bait wolves anywhere. Bear baiting regulations are for bear hunters.

Probably the biggest hurdle will be human scent control over any sort of other scent I could put out. Have a few ideas in mind if we have time we will try some.
