The smaller reservoirs around me have very heavy algae and weed growth this year .Much earlier and worse than last year, possibly due to all the rain and a lot of fertilizer and nutrients getting washed into the water.

i was at some of the southern reserviors (macgregor travers) last few days and the only issue is with all this high winds its stiring up the weeds and there is chunks of the weeds and weed patches floating around the lakes which is kinda fustraiting cleaning your fishing line every cast.
