Default All happy now - finally got my avatar

I could not wait for my teenage daughters to get off facebook to help, so got some help at work to resize my picture so it fits... My Sylvan lake catch 2008 Labour day, caught out of a canoe with small five of diamonds. Going back this weekend for family reunion with two young boys from Sask coming up and want to fish as well. Should be fun. Now forgive my computer ignorance - If I email my self a picture from my blackberry of a fish I caught and want to share on a thread how does that work? I looked through (maybe not enough) does it explain it on how to do it? Someone have the readers digest version on how to do it?
