Default Gull / sylvan

Planing on fishing gull this weekend however it's been a little slow there, how's sylvan lately? Not sure if I'm going to switch but if Sylvan's fishing great I might. Don't mind the smaller eyes from there if its great action

Haven't been to Sylvan since July 22nd. but I caught 56 walleye in about 8 hours at the south end. Went through 2 tubs of minnows in 14-16' of water under a slip bobber.

From the pier to the North tip of Norglenwold has been consistently good the last 2 weeks but they seem to head deep after 9am (on good weather days). I've been finding good numbers and a few of good size in 12-16 FOW all along that stretch. Early morning they are shallow chasing bait and are hammering the good ole jig 'n minnow.

As for Gull I seem to be able to catch all the Pike I want from Wilson's to Meridian, trolling in 12-14 FOW. I'll be damned if I can catch a Walleye in that lake without a foot of ice between us!...lol.

Heading back out Saturday morning to see if they are still biting.

I'll be the guy in the Hobie kayak.
