Smile Bow River fishing success

I've been to the Bow a couple of times by myself but only caught suckers and whitefish.

Today I finally caught a nice bow around 25 inches. Boy did he put up a fight! To my surprise I caught a 40 inch+ pike at my spot as well...I never knew the Bow had monster Pikes. (Maybe not MONSTER to most veterans on this forum, but monster enough for a noob like me ) I let them both go, C&R all the way!

Without further ado, these are the pictures!

PS. Does anyone know what is the best way to repaint lures? My Fishinhole 5 of diamond lures are losing paint after 2 times being out on the river and I would like to preserve them longer than that.

Your noob day's are over now.

Nice nice nice rainbow,, and really nice once a glenmore pike (and yes the Bow holds pike, but, 40 inches is a proud catch of a beast, enviable in most pike sloughs too).
