Look at a map and find where the different zones alone the river are located. That way you can follow the regulations.

Pick a lake or stream,,, if the regulations give a harvest number of a species, catch that species and eat it,, then report back. If the fish were inedible -or is it unedible?- then all those lakes and streams would be zero retention on ALL fish.

Tip #1; clean fish, remove scales but not on trout.

Tip #2; heat up frying pan.

Tip #3; dust the fish with flour.

Tip #4; cut a large slice of butter - no wait - make that 3 thick slices of butter and put into pan.

Tip #5; put fish in pan and turn once flours has yellowed darker, or repeat till crispy and skin starts to separate from meat.

Tip# 6; put fish onto plate - if desired - or eat straight from the skillet, salt if needed, NO KETCHUP.

Tip #7; YUM!!!!

Dont worry about the oil spill, the mercury in the fish will absorb it

Just type in the lake.
Way faster than looking it up in the book.
