Default Kayak Fishing

I noticed there was a kayak fishing tourney in Gull Lake in June. Does anyone know of any in August or September in Southern Alberta?

Just ordered a new Wilderness Systems Ride 115x Advanced Angler and can't wait for it to get here! Still 3-4 weeks though......Already planning my trips.

Thanks!

Only the one major tournament each year. Last year we did have a little get together and small tourney in the fall. There is a facebook group called alberta kayak fishing or something like that where things are usually posted.

Hey guys. Just waiting for a report on Battle Lake. If the lake is in rough shape, we will change location before next week.

The "Kayak Fishing Get Together" date is Sept 20th.

Join our Kayak Fishing Alberta Facebook group and the there is an event posted in there.

Feel free to email me pikeyaker@gmail.com or text me at 403-392-1922.

Yeah, heard this from another member too. They do have a blue green algae advisory for the lake right now though that is why guys weren't sure how it was going to be.

Hopefully there will be a decent turnout.
