I suppose if you have an extra 10k would work just fine but only slightly better than a chunk of rope with a cinder block.

Default Neat but $$$$$

Morning,
Should work. ( I am by no stretch a boating pro) but a bit pricey, like most neat ideas these days. Wonder if it is strong enough to hold a river boat (out of the main current), or would they just slip over the hard bottom.

I don't really see the point of it in the lakes I fish? Maybe in the spring; I like to take my boat into the shallow bays in May/June to flyfish & chuck plastics for pike & walleye but the rest of the year I fish 12-28 FOW. Pretty expensive toy to have for 3 or 4 trips/year in my book! Those poles were designed for fishing guides & wealthy boat owners in Florida that fish in 4-10 FOW all season.
