Default Red Deer River Help

Hi there, I'm headed to Red deer tomorrow and was thinking of fishing for a couple hours, I'm wondering if anyone can give me any tips on which sections of the river to try out, I'll be staying in Lacombe so the northern part of the river would be great. Any little tips would help

Thanks,

Royal coachmens, and maggots. Bottom bounce with a weight on the bottom, 12" up put a coachmen, and 12" up another coachmen. Top those fly's off with a couple of live maggots. Toss up river in some faster water, and let it bounce down past you. Works almost every time. I haven't tried this near Lacombe, but near innisfail I used to catch tons. Hope that helps.
