Default Dispensing of unused powder

What is the best way to dispose of unused powder when you do not have enough to build a round?

Spread it on the lawn. Even large quantities can be safely gotten rid of like that.

Trades I would interested in:
- Sightron rifle scopes, 4.5x14x42mm or 4x16x42mm
especially! with the HHR reticle. (no duplex pls.)
- older 6x fixed scopes with fine X or target dot.
