Fawcett Lake Conditions

heading up to Fawcett Lake this weekend to stay at Anchor Inn on West end of lake.

anyone been up there lately? how is access on the lake? Quad or snowmobile only?

how was fishing? Fishing Hole says F-G for Walleye and F-G for Perch.

Not sure about the west end, but the east end has been by snowmobile to get around the lake. there have been a few spots by the provincial launch that people have gotten trucks and quads on but there has been alot of slush under the snow and they haven't gotten far. I haven't been up for a few weeks but I know we got 6" of fresh snow last weekend. Hopefully if the weather is nice should help settle the snow on the lake. last time I was out caught a lot of 16 - 17" walleyes no keepers and a couple perch.

If you got a snowmachine I would advise taking it just incase.
