muzzle blast and kick

How bad will the muzzle blast be on a 22-250 compared to the 222 or 223. I am wondering about the non heavy barreled blocky stocked varmint rifle. I know that the kick of the 22-250 is nothing to be afraid if I am just wondering if you can watch your hits through the scope while using ....say a remington model 7 in 22-250.

If it is anything like my buddies Tikka. No you can not watch the hit.My 220 swift in a heavy gun you can just make it out.223 is better for that.
