Clam Drill Plate Adaptor for Jiffy Ice Drill

Hi: I bought a Clam Drill plate to hold my Milwaukee Drill, but now I am looking to adapt it to fit to my Jiffy Ice Drill.

Question: Does anyone make an adaptor to connect one to the other? Cabelas did not have it, and Clam's website only makes an adaptor for the Eskimo brand hand auger.

Thoughts? It appears I may need to seek the help of a welder or machinist to create this part.
