How does everyone clean their tackle? I found some streamers/rappalas in a pill box and I must have put it away wet and now they all stink. Is there a good method to clean these that will not deter fish? Thanks.
Baking soda and water to clean and lots of rinsing with clean water .
I try and remember to hang all my flies and lures to dry before putting them back in the boxes but have occasionally slipped up myself over the years !

Anytime I figure I've got this long range thing figured out, I just strap into the sling and irons and remind myself that I don't!
I did a batch of older spoons, hard baits in a bucket of warm water and CLR - worked pretty good. Just went out and shook them every couple hours. A day later and rinsed and dried - they were like new.
Soak for a few hours or overnight in some Coke or Pepsi, give them a quick scrub in the morning with a pot scrubber, rinse in fresh water. Cola is a great cleaner, rust, blood, heavy stain remover.
