Default mortgage specialist around Airdrie/Calgary?

I am trying to find a good mortgage specialist around here and seem to have a hard time.

We need somebody who knows about acreage financing i.e. land financing and putting up a house. Also, somebody who actually knows about manufactured and modular homes.

I have been talking to three so far and either they don't know what they are talking about (ATB of all places) or don't offer financing for something like that (Scotiabank). Or don't get back to me (RBC)!

Any recommendations?

My sister in law works for for Mortgage Intelligence in Airdrie. We've used they in the past and been happy. (403)804-3694

My wife and I own Mortgage360 here in Calgary. The best place to get what you are looking for is through ATB directly. Their broker channel is good, but the best people to handle a modular that is not already on the land is an ATB branch. My suggestion, head to a different branch and try someone else.

If you need any help, more than happy to lend some advice.

Cheers,

-N

Thanks everybody. I will keep trying. I figured ATB would be our best bet, I guess I will try again with a different branch. If that doesn't work, I will try your suggestions from above.
