Default Henry Golden Boy Receiver Sight

Evening guys,

I tried to round out my gun collection with a Henry Golden Boy in .22 WMR, and while I sure enjoy shooting the thing I have a lot of trouble with the stock sights. I would love to pick up a Skinner golden boy "express" peep sight and have it mounted to the receiver, but too bad for me Andy doesn't accept international orders for his drill and tap service. Is there anybody around the Edmonton area that could drill and tap my rifle for me? What could I expect to pay (ballparkish) for this sort of thing?

As always the wisdom of the forum is greatly appreciated, thank you all in advance

EDIT: I suppose I should clarify, it would only be a matter of drilling the receiver so I could throw it in the mail too if that would work for a guy

Just curious: What problems are you having with the stock sights?

In addition to being near-sighted in it, my right eye has trouble jumping from focusing point to focusing point, I thought that simplifying things a bit with a peep sight would help
