Default Chain Lake Athabasca Advice

Hi! Looking for some help with what hooks and bait to use? Looking to take Gkids out this winter. If anyone wants to help with location and depth to fish that would be appreciated as well! Cheers!

Last Sunday last Sunday when I fished with Stringtheoryangling we were seeing them cruise around the 4 to 7 feet mark I believe. Action was slow for me and my wife. But minnows worked well for stringtheoryangling. I think he caught at least 5. They swallow a whole minnow on a tungsten jig easily. We fished along the left side of the ramp as soon as u get down. A lot more vegetation on the left compared to the right side which is all flat sandy bottom
