I usually write my own and have the land owner sign it, and give a copy to to the landowner.

I just have all my info on there, with my vechile plate and description, I have the landowners fill out the legal description of the said property, with all his info on it. Then I have a waiver attached to it that the landowner isn't liable, and a consent to access and actively hunt on the property adherring to provincial laws. For the upcoming hunting season.

Both signed and dated

i get them filled out yearly !

We used to use a blank form out of the reg book in Ontario in order to hunt on Manitoulan Island. If you can find it just make sure that it has all of the info that you need for Alberta.

Save the pic to copy.

If the attachment doesn't work for you, pm me your email address and I'll send it to you. You'll need to change 2011 to 2012.

When I hunted in 212 I had to go to high river prior to the hunt and pick up a hunters package from the fish and wildlife office. Land owner info, permission sheets and maps are included.
