Default Can someone help Fred?

Those of us who read A.O. know that Fred Noddin is a pretty knowledgeable fisherman. And he ain't half bad at writing.

But I sure think he could uses some canoing lessons. Can someone explain to Fred that he should face the same way and work WITH his partner in a canoe?

Its a strange sight yup but in his defence i have been on a lake with a buddy fishing out of a canoe and sorta drifting. I spun arround to chat to my buddy as we fished and eventually we decided to move a short distance back over a hot spot and I didnt bother turning around i just back paddled as my buddy front paddled.

What's so funny? That's the Algonquin "turn-on-a-dime" maneuver.
