179.99?

Not sure what you could get for cheaper.

Maybe 5 sheets of plywood and a bunch of bolts...

Plus that model comes with maximum darkness.

Lots of people have posted that they don't like them and have taken them back. I have one and have had no problems at all. The 2 to 3 man is very comfortable for two people and just a tiny bit crowded for three. If you have three and want to have a heater and other stuf get the bigger one. Like I said others have had a lot of problems. Search the site for tents and costco and you should be able to find them with all the info from other members.

Default I have one too

I have one and mine has been great. Had some window issues last year and they sent me a set of replacements. Other than that it worked out great last year. I think a lot of the issues I saw were on the double one not as much on thesmaller unit.

Just read your review/complaint on the thread, should have checked before. What are you thinking about the 2/3 man? Is there a different one you could recommend? I'm thinking as I do a lot of mid week fishing and outtings, I may end up going a lot alone this season, so something lightweight and easy would be great, advice appreciated

I am very happy with my icecube. get a 3 man its good for 2 people and great for one person, and not too big to handle in a bit of wind.

Default 6 man

Watch on the six man. I saw a lot of reviews last year, a few even on this board from other vendors as well that there seem to be many issues. As for the new windows on the orange tents they are different than the originals. Go for whatever you feel comforetable with. I fish mostly out of my shack so my tent is only used when I can't get it out on the ice or I get lazy and just want an instant setup.

The newest style of eskimo's aren't that much more and offer way more room for the size and 2x the quality. Check them out, the fishing hole stocks them (not sure if there're out yet.)

Picked up the 949 from Eskimo at Wholesale on the weekend. Tried it out in the yard and the setup was a breeze and IMO the wider footprint will come in handy. We'll see how it works in a few weeks.

garbage. buy an eskimo. Try putting away one of these costco tents in -20. Good luck getting it in the bag. Your windows will break and seems will pull apart.

The good thing is you can ignore my review use the tent for 2-3 months determine it sucks for yourself and take it back no questions asked. My six man went back last year and i bought an eskimo to replace it. i have both a 3 and six man eskimo and would recommend both
