Default tohatsu 9.8hp 4 stroke help

My fishing partner helped me load for the fishing trip and layed my motor on the wrong side down, and i never seen it till i went to go start it. I noticed oil running out from the cover, then realized he layed it down on the wrong side.

we tried to start it but it was hydraulicly stuck i figured, i pulled the plugs and pulled it over to get the oil out of the cylinders. cleaned everything up and tried again. It fired once then died, poured brake clean into cylinder and blew it out and cleaned plugs and tried again and nothing. i drained the bowl of the carb and it was full of oil, i pumped a couple of litres of fuel through it and tried to start again and nothing.

Do i need to pull the carb off, which i donot want to do or can i just get a carb cleaner to spray inside?

any help would be great!

Keep the motor upright and let the oil settle awhile, drain the fuel bowle again, remove the spark plug, and hold a lighter or a small propane torch in the plug hole and pull it over a few times, this should dry the cylender out a bit. Then check the oil leval and try starting as you normally would. Hope this helps
