Huglu HRZ 'Hammer Gun' Two Barrel Set

We heard back from Huglu and they will do a hammer gun set with both a 20" and a 30" barrels. We will get them with both pistol grips and English grip. Price is very reasonable at $1199.00

These with be 3-6 months before we see them if we go ahead with the order. Any interest?

Q: Interested. 12 gauge only?

A: Yes, they only make the hammer gun in 12 g. Wish they did it in others! They sell by the dozens but guys are looking for 20's and 410's

C: I have a 30 Hammer classic and the same in the coach gun, both are
fantastic guns, for anybody planning to buy one: you will not regret it!!!

P: At 999.00 we've sold a pile in both 20" and 30". If buying same gun from CZ, they seem to be 300-400 more $. So, the two barrel set will still come in cheaper!

Q: Any chance of a barrel shorter than 20” ?

A: We can get 16" and 18" if we order in quantity.

Q: Fixed choke or removable? Would be interested I a 16" preferably thread for chokes at that price point the 30" barrel would be a bonus as well

A: We are ordering both barrel sets with screw in chokes. Same cost as fixed, so, we decided more would likely prefer the screw in chokes.

Q: Are these going to be limited to guns with hammers and double triggers?

A: Yes, but we can get another 'run' done at some point with hammerless.

Q: A 20ga with external hammers and straight grip would've been nice.

Have you also considered getting those hammer guns with English stock but with 26in bbls? The 30in is fine for Waterfowl or Clay but comparatively heavy for Upland given that it is a 12ga with longer barrels chambered for 3in cartridges

A: Yes, we have a few ordered in 26". They only do a hammer gun in 12 g . Too bad, a great seller and we could sell lots more in smaller gauges.

Q: Now you have my interest. Who in Canada does warranty work for the Huglu shotguns?

A: Epps in ON. Of course, all same parts as CZ guns. We have had so few issues that its been a non issue!

C: Hammerless single trigger would be the dream for this guy, but obviously you have to appeal to the market demands.

P: with the hammerless, we could do other guages too

Q: This price is much better than expected as well, I hope this run goes well and we see some hammerless guns come in. You have one more vote for 26 inch barrel too.

A: Yes, we are thinking about a single trigger 410 with a 16" and a 26" barrel set.

A: We are talking about combos with two different gauges but not sure yet what we can do, so, for now we will be looking at same gauge sets.
