Default These people shouldn't be allowed to hunt

I was sitting here thinking about many of the posts that seem to be common place on the forum as of late and I thought I would make a list of the people or groups that that have been accused of being poachers here and shouldn't be allowed to hunt in Alberta.

Non Resident' ( hoggin tags that should be reserved for residents only)
Guides ( same as above)
Easterners ( poachers drunks and hoggin tags that should be for those who was born here)
Truck hunters (Poacher)
Atv hunters (drunken poacher)
Long range shooters ( careless ,unethical, poacher)
Trophy hunters ( meat wastin head stealin poacher)
Doe hunters ( girly hunter with no skills or heart)
Metis (just becuz, and why should they get to when no one else gets to)
Natives (just becuz, and why should they get to when no one else gets to)
Cross bow hunters ( lazy bow huntin pretenders )
Citiots ( not farmers so they must be lazy weekend warrior unethical tresspassin fence cuttin and probably a trophy huner whose drunk half the time)
Some bow hunters ( sneakin around in their own speacial zones... makes me sick)
Farmers ( tag hoggin poachers with lotsa land and to many no huntin signs)
Hunters who hunt in the same zone as me ( cuz they bug me ,so no tags for them either)
Sorry if I missed anyone

Looks like the animals should be safe . We don't need peta we can take care of ourselves thank you very much.

Don't forget the guys that wear standard camo on snow covered ground. Because it shows an 'obvious lack of skill'.

Hahaha. Isn't that the truth. Don't forget sheep hunters. That should all be on a once in a lifetime draw.

Smile I can tell the season is over.

You guys need to get out more. Hunt some coyotes, even rabbits, there are lots.

Where I live the deer tracks are now in the tracks left by the truck hunters, how ironic.

Don't forget anyone that uses modern day technology giving them an unfair advantage.....field cams, range finders, ut um guns. If you aren't hunting like a Native Canadian with a hand made bow and doing it almost naked you shouldn't be hunting. It's cheating.

Ha! Great post Jungleboy!

I'd like to add a couple:

guys who don't have beards(no baby-faced cityslickers, and short-haired/long bearded lumbersexual types need not apply as well)

Guys who wear camo period...(camo is for the military - what's wrong with the good ol' plaid flannel jacket and blue jeans?)

Great Post!.... That is funny right there....

Thus why we can discuss our ethics but when we start looking at differences (all within boundaries of law) it can lead to bad blood, ethics is like politics or religion... if someone agrees with you no discussion is needed, and if they disagree with you often you just have to agree to disagree and move on.

Our ethics is our own decision making standard and it is flexible, however as we age it becomes more ingrained often. It is mainly a reflection of the ethics of those in our closest circle of friends and family. At forst we have no choice who is in our closest circle thus we often pick this up when we are most impressionable and when this standard is most flexible.... when born we have no idea what poaching is... when we apply our own ethics to others that do not have the same ethics we often just choose to exclude them from our circle... or we accept them and realize the difference is irrelevant....

However I believe hunting is one of our strongest primitive instincts and so we are very protective when someone is critical of our hunting, driving, religion etc.

If your fiancé was your fiancé when giving birth to your child (are you sure it's yours) then she probably has good reason to complain
Sounds like a case of cart before pony....
Did you just learn anything?

The op should read "camo wearing truck hunters"

There are some very good threads on this forum that are informative and educational - this isn't one of them however!
Check the stickied threads in Guns and in the hunting forum, you'll find some good stuff there,
SkytopB and others have some pretty cool threads on gunsmithing and stuff as well.

I read a thread where a fella admits to driving the wrong truck. Apparently.
Jacked up Ford 350. Lives somewhere in the Athabasca region....
Sound familiar? (do you wear camo when you're driving it?)
Relax. This is just an informal hearing
I could be there first thing Tuesday with a trailer and a winch line.
Have you considered changing your phone number to get the telemarketers off your back??

Sorry op Pete
Just having fun.

I wear "cowboy camo" ( Carhartts) most of the time, but every now and then I have been know to put on a camo jacket just to feel like a worker ant to fit in !:
No telelmarketers, all numbers are blocked!

There has been quite a few slams on this site against camo
Ive yet to run into a big game hunter not wearing camo. Ive also yet to run into another hunter while bowhunting.
And i would like to know truthfully who here has consistantly stalked into or had Deer come within 10 yards, wearing blue jeans and a plaid shirt while BOWHUNTING.

If you have ever seen any of the pics I have posted on here, you will notice that I am not In full camo in any of them .
And yes, I have stocked to well within lethal range of my long bow while wearing s plaid shirt and jeans, and Stetson, but it was with a camera not my bow. .
The deer was not a " town " deer either, but a truly wild one.
Felt pretty good about that actually!
