looked outside this morning when I got up, grey and crappy looking, and wasnt supposed to warm up so I was feeling like this

so I decided to add to my Alberta fish collection with a burb

I was thinking of getting a whole sheet of galvanized and doing a life size one of my 6 footer, maybe between seasons again

would the blueing process work on your pieces as a way to add colour?

there are probably different chemicals you could use to add different patinas, Im using galvanized steel, tried etchingit with acid then browning it with salty water but it wouldnt rust. just using scraps I have around the place. might try heat too to see what happens

when your done doing all the fish of alberta, you'll be profiecient enough to do the rarest replica of all in your neck of the "woods"...... a tree. lol

Wayne, those are pretty cool. Art like that can fetch some pretty good coin if marketed properly.
