Cordless saw is the only way to go, head, legs, brisket, in half, quarters,however you see fit !!
The knives do the meat, let the saw do the bones!!!
Have had for years, makes life... SO much easier. Not that it shouldn't all be easy, you still have to pack an animal out, but on the butcher side of things??
My two meat saws don't see too much action anymore..
