Default quick silver boats

My dad just bought a used quick silver 300 zodiac style boat and it never came with the spout valve to fill it up. Is it a universal valve or does it have to be a quick silver valve to fill it. the boat valve is the spring loaded fill up style, are all zodiac the same?

Try the Merc dealer north end of Red Deer. They should know. I use a small shop vac and the pressure opens the valve as air goes in. The proper adaptor also deflates it with a vacuum and shuts off the air better when you fill. They should all work with the same principal. Shop vacs do not fully pressurize as you still need a pump for a final top off.
