Hopefully going ice fishing sometime this week, and am looking for perch. Wondering if anyone had certain jigs, lures or rig ups they would recommend... thx

Just about any small jig tipped with a maggot or worm. If thats not working try a small spoon with a piece of minnow. Really perch aren't to picky.

Ps what lake are you headed too?

not to sure about were going with a friend... just know its one of the perch ponds around edmonton.

My Perch slayer is a small 5 of diamonds spoon with a double-hooked giant mealworm. I'll use maggots if they aren't really biting hard.
