Alberta Relm / Online Licensing Issue

Anyone had issues buying licenses online, on the Alberta Relm site? I’m a first time hunter this year, and excited to get things in motion. I’ve already got my WIN, my wildlife certificate, and a game bird license. I’m trying to buy a black bear license, and have already ordered and received tags. (About 1-1.5 month or so ago) When I add the bear license to my cart, it asks me to add a tag number, but when I enter any of the 6 tag numbers I have, it tells me that it’s an invalid tag number. What am I doing wrong?

i would try double checking your tag numbers, can’t say ive never had a problem online or with the app. could be worth calling them to ask if they cancelled any older tags but i havnt seen a email or heard anything

Maybe due to trying to do all this on my phone? Maybe I’ll try from a desktop tomorrow.

I had that issue once, and I just picked a different set of tag numbers to use. It seemed to me that maybe the tag #'s do get deactivated or something?

You can just go into a Cabela's and buy a bear license straight from them, they will issue a tag to go along with it

Call Alberta Relm help line. Give them yout tag numbers and they will activate them. Happened to me a couple of years ago with a batch of new tags they mailed to me. Juat an oversight on their part whoever packaged and sent them forgot to activate the numbers.

Make sure you use all the zero’s starting the tag # too.
