Another Draw Question?

Can you get a partner license for a Cypress Hills Elk draw, so I can bring soemone with me that can also shoot.

If yes, can that partner have a antlerless Elk draw for a different WMU.

I'm not completely sure, but I think partner licenses are only available for antlered and antlerless moose.

Your right, only a youth can partner on other draws.
