Default Draw Question

Here's the scoop,

For several years now I have been the draws "administrator" for the group I hunt with. Having one person do the entry reduces errors and I could do the applications even if I was'nt participating.

Now I have changed my phone to Shaw Digital I can no longer call in the applications and will have to do the applications "manually" by taking them to a license issuer site for entry.

There are a couple of the draws that the group is entering that I am abstaining from this year and doing 999 to build priority. Question is can I apply for draws that I am not participating in if I go to a license issuer to do the paperwork?

Anybody out there a license issuer or been down this road that can assist me with this one?

Thanks.

If you are 999'ing but your group is planning to hunt the draw, you will have to fill out two different applications.....I believe.......

Yes, you can '999' at a dealer just a easily as on the phone AND it is much cheaper and you get a receipt showing the draw was entered correctly. This last point is not as important as it once was as you can now check your enteries online anyway.
