Default Bright sands and or turtle lake sask

A few family members are heading out there for the long weekend and wanted to know of I was interested in going, have any other users gone out there and fished. I guess there is golf and lots of water sports but can't find much on fishing.

Thanks

Brightsand is nice for swimming etc... but crappy for fishing, they have a trout pond there though. Turtle is awesome fishing, alot of nice walleyes been caught there this year.

great walleye fishing in Turtle this year. lots of different spots for it too. my suggestion is to follow the other boats. the Walleye are usually sitting at the bottom at 18ft-22ft. troll with bottom bouncers or jig with yellow heads. we also had luck jiggin with pikeral rigs. dont be suprised if you dont cath any pike and only walleye!

have fun!

woms and leeches worked the best. guarantee fish with bait!
