Talking New bow

Picked up my new bow today. PSE X-Force, really happy with it so far, just shot it a little in the shop, hopefully I can get it tuned in this weekend. Here's some pics.

Its 33" axle to axle if I remember right. Sight is a Cobra single pin, don't remember the model # of it. Rob, next time I head out there, I'll give you a call, I think I have your # somewhere. Here's a link to PSE's website with all the info on it. The one I shot back in late April chrono'd at 343 FPS in the shop, my old bow was only around 260 or so, that was a 60 pound bow too.

Would love to hear more of this bows shootability & forgiveness, specifically about that 6" brace height say compared to a 7" brace height.

I keep hearing the buzz on this bow and also the bowtechs lately...i might have to try a bowtech next for more speed/power but still staying with the 7" type brace heights...i'm nervous of the 6" stuff but mostly be because i've been conditioned to stay away from the short brace heights from day one by everyone who's helped educate me on the bowhunting thing...so looking forward to a review and some comparisons. I've been told its a nice shooter from a couple guys who've shot them.

I love my switchback xt and the legacy before it but may be tempted for more power on my next bow so i'm curious. Its a looker forsure WCTHEMI...look forward to some more info once you've had a chance to become intimate with her.

Hopefully I'll be able to get out Sunday afternoon, gotta get my grass cut tomorrow, so thats out. Will post a range report when I get the chance. Not sure about the single pin sight, but this thing is fast enough I shouldn't have to move the pin very much between yardages.

i put a single on my new bow....now have a 5 pin cobra...good to 60 yards...i think you will find the single is good but a 3 or 5 pin is better...

I love the cobra 5 pin...now i see they make a 7 pin.... After i bought the trophy taker 10 pin bad boy(didn't know about the cobra 7 pin)...i'm gonna pin to 100 this year(for practice of course ) and needed more room than what the 5 could give me but the 7 might have been big enough...i love the cobra sidewinders....we'll see how i get along with this trophy taker but if unhappy then i'm trying the sidewinder 7 pin.
