Campsites right by water around 2 hour drive from Edmonton ???

Just wondering if anyone could suggest something I called my favorite place all campsites are already booked, going with girlfriend and a 5 year old daughter...,
any ideas would be appreciated.

Funny I've been sitting here watching the noon news. Apperantly there isn't one available "provincial operated"campsite available so they say. You might have to find a privately owned. If you leave right now you might be able to scoop a spot at calhoun bay on buck lake just talked to a buudy who's out there right now he said there were a few spots left but i'm sure by 5 oclock tonight... gonzo.
